    Northern Division:

    E. Randolph standing changed due to 2 forfeit losses. 1 to Randolph County and one to Winston-Salem(don't ask I do not know what was forfeited) ER wins tiebreaker over Burlington sweep in regular season.

    Southern Division:

    Mooresville wins Tiebreaker over Stanly County with sweep of Stanly in regular season
