Ashbrook comes to Hickory

    Ashbrook, with Seniors Drew Martin, Michael Bogaert, Michael Maples and Josh Duncan come to Hickory tonight to meet the Red Tornadoes, with Seniors Wil Boyd, Isaac Harrow and Justin Dickson.

    Opponents, teammates, friends, etc. for the last 10 years meet on the field tonight in Hickory. These seniors first met in All Star competition as 10 year olds in Newton (Gastonia vs Hickory) and later became teammates on various AAU teams. Their rivalry continues tonight as Seniors.

    Five D1 players, a big croud, well coached team and very supportive fans gather in Hickory as the high school season winds its way to an end. What a way to end a great run for these seniors and their families. This is what makes high school baseball.

    I would love to go to the game tonight but I thought it was being played at Ashbrooke. So I went ahead and bought Star Wars tickets.:banginghe

    If I didn't have the EM vs SM game to go to...this would be the one that i would attend.

    Yes now I will be diffently going to see Hickory vs TCR next tuesday.
