Craig Beasley is from West Rowan. Beasley, Brandon York, and Ben Billingsly are all returning players from last year. Drew Gregory is the younger brother of Gray Gregory(WCU). Gray was a very important part of the team last year and looks to be in position to play an important role with the Catamounts this year. I haven't seen Drew play, but if he's as good as his brother, he would be equally as important to the team. Congratulations and good luck to all the Anglers.

The hitting was led by: William Sunderland (Scotland County), Brandon York (West Wilkes), Jay Larramore (RJ Reynolds), and Ben Billinglsey (Richmond Senior). Drew Gregory (Richmond Senior) and Nick Seiga-Riz (West Forsyth??) also swung it pretty well and were dangerous on the bases.

The pitchers consisted of: Cory Martin (Forbush), Dusty Snow (West Forsyth), Jay Larramore (RJ Renyolds), Lee Oxindine (Richmond?/Scotland?), Ryan Allred (junior, not sure of high school).

Tyler Chewing, sophomore catcher from Anson County, is one to keep your eye on. Saw him throw several 2.0-2.1's at a tournament this fall and he swings the stick well.

Any word on Drew Gregory?? (Richmond County)- good player- good second base, and good with the stick! Was an important part of the Anglers team!
