Gary is also doing a lot of private lesson work with groups and individuals. Also he evaluates all triple A umpires for major league baseball. There is not a better baseball person in the carolinas. He will have a good team this summer/fall. On his last Express team, I believe all his jrs & srs. have gone on to play college ball. He's looking forward to seeing alot old friends this summer.

    Price for Express Team

Express price is competive with other showcase team prices. The big difference is the intence team practices. The workouts for the serious player who wants to improve his game are priceless. Alot of teams assemble the best talent they can find and let them go play. Gary teaches the game during workouts and during the games. Not a better dollar value around.

    money, money, money

Sure tired of the money, money, money talk. Why does it have to be in every thread? :talker: Real Ball discussions sure are more interesting.

Yes, I want to second ChinMusic's comments!!! Or how about success... let's look at the Charlotte Express 14 and under roster a few years ago.

    Brett Bartles - Duke
    Dusty White - UNCC
    Will Boyd - Clemson
    Drew Martin - NC State
    Michael Bogaert - UNC Asheville
    Ryan Smith - Mars Hill
Brendan Van Popering - Mars Hill

... and there will likely be a few more by spring time. Now I'm not saying that Gary's program was solely responsible for these young men's successes, but you have to feel that either his coaching and knowledge of the game or just having the opportunity to play in his program had an impact in their lives. For my son, the Academy at Extra Innings was probably the single most important factor in his baseball development and to satisfy his goal of being able to play college baseball. For that, priceless......
