Charlotte HS football fans?

The football fans in mecklenburg generally suck. Back in the day when I was at Independence(mid to late 90's) we really had a lot of good fans, especially the students. We got rowdy and had a good time. Last night, even Northwest Guilford has as many or more fans than the Big I did. I was ashamed to go back and see the weak crowd. To me, anywhere outside Mecklenburg Co. has good fans, even the teams that suck.

 

Speaking of Waddell

HI there...i am a sophmore at Waddell and i go to every football game... home or away! No, we don't have that much support but we are getting better at it! I just want to say that i am soo proud of my boys this year because we had a AWESOME season! :applause:They are all a good group of guys and very respectfull to everyone! I think we suprised alot of teams this year by the way we play. We are going to miss our Seniors next year but we will still be strong! Thanks for your time and Watch out for WADDELL SOFTBALL this year because we are going to be DANGEROUS!!!!

Ps. Great game to Faytte. Britt! that was a good game, we just didn't play our best!!!

 

In it's few years, Waddell has certainly done a great job of laying the ground work for a fine football program. Good luck on the softball field and visit us any time here on the football board. :xyzthumbs
