Second Annual Lady Blues Showcase Day

    Second Annual Lady Blues SNeak-A-Peek

    More in depth details will follow but place a star by May 21, 2005, as the date for the Blues Showcase Day. It will be held at the UNCC Softball complex with registration starting at 9am sharp. There will be two sessions like last year, however they will be split up into juniors and seniors, freshman and sophmores so the coaches can get a good look at present and future prospects. The cost is $100 per player and will include a camp t-shirt and exposure to some of the top coaches in the tri-state area. We will have limited concessions for parents and kids. There will be a new wrinkle to this year's event! We are hoping to pull players from all over the state so sign up quickly. Thanks for all the support we received last year with 45 girls attending and 13 college coaches. We believe 20 or more college coaches will attend this year. :xyzthumbs :xyzthumbs

    Hey Rodney, are you going to send out info to those that attended last year or will we have to wait to everything is set in stone. Either way count on one to attend again this year. I thought it was a great setup and run by topnotch coaches. Thanks

    U will get an invitation with more details probably in March. We still have some work to do to finalize the event.

    Last years camp was great. Saw more College Coaches than at some Showcase Tournaments. Our daughter was told that she was first noticed at the Showcase. Thanks for the opportunity to be seen by so many coaches.

    Glad U feel the Sneak A Peek was worthwhile. We hope to have 15-20 coaches this year and with it being at UNCC, we think it will draw more coaches and players. Hope to see U again. Thanks for the kind comments.
