CF,she bats from right, but can lay down a bunt if needed,or hit with power.Throws from right,& does have a strong arm.Forget to add,she can catch, use to alot, but has taken a toll on her knees.Good kid with a good head for the game!

    2006 Players

Here are five more young ladies to watch as 2006 recruits:

Emily Jeffery: Pitcher/First base Butler HS
Leigh Ann Kelly: Catcher/outfield Myers Park
Brittany Blanton: First base South Meck
    Nicole Springer: Pitcher/infielder South Stanley

There is already interest in these young ladies from several Carolina schools as well as Va and Ohio.

The 2006 class has some great players, should be a good HS season and the summer will be awesome.

Should be another Good Year for CC and HS ball and Lady Blue you are correct should be a Great Summer for all .The 2007 class a some really good players coming up also. A few that come to mind are Ward at Butler,Covington at CC and many more I'm sure.

Very good players as U point out and yes CC should be very good. Sara Rappe is another 2007 kid to watch from Butler. All-conference as a Freshman, Mandy Ward and Jessie Polk are two other 2006 kids from Butler to watch.

softballnut... you are dead on about Lindsey Barrier... She is one of those kids that will never complain, brag, or whatever... just goes out and gets the job done everytime. She plays CF with the NC Sundevils travel team as well and last fall against St Andrews she filled in at catcher when the first catcher went out injured....She did a fantastic job... very good ball player... She could be a real asset to a low D1 or D2 program... She will definately be a sleeper to watch to come alive this year...
