    Elon - High Point Baseball Game Moved to Wednesday
    Monday, February 14, 2005

    HIGH POINT, N.C. -- The Elon-High Point baseball game scheduled for Tuesday afternoon has been moved to Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. on the High Point campus. The game was changed due to wet field conditions.

    Davidson, in their season opening game is currently leading Wake Forest in the 5th inning 6-2.

    Gardner-Webb is on top of Furman 5-2 in the 3rd.

    Charlotte vs Winthrop should be starting any minute.

    No other games started.

    Hmmm .... Charlotte/Winthrop has been dropped from "GameTracker".

    I wonder if it's being rescheduled.

    Need to get my eyes checked.

    Davidson/Wake is 5-3 Davidson right now, going into the 7th. Rob Wilson from Myers Park is coming on to pitch in relief.

    For Davidson, Rob Wilson pitched a scoreless 6-7-8th, allowing 1 hit. He walked the leadoff batter in the 9th and they made the pitching change.

    Currently, it's the bottom of the 9th with Davidson up 6-3, 1 on and nobody out.

    For Gardner-Webb, they jumped out to a 10-5 lead over Furman. Zah Farry on to pitch in relief for Martin in his college debut. He came in after 5 innings and has pitched the 6th-7th, allowing 1 run on 2 hits.
