    No. They are in our conference and some of their girls are on our Carolina Heat team. Just wondering how they faired.

    lost in extra innings ND failed to move runner and players went down looking. mauldin started with runner on 2nd. wild pitch runner to 3rd and then the next girl hit a double to right center

    Sounds like an exciting game and a very tough loss. I hope you can post any highlights from this big tournament throughout the weekend. sure wish teams in this area (asheville) would attend these type of tournaments. I know Kings Mountain and East Henderson are in the coca cola tournament in rock hill. way to go coaches and teams.

    Had to leave early ,ND won next game 3-0 ,Watched some of CC games , pitcher from CC just dominated the innings I watched. Some of the best rise and drop balls I've seen. Saw her stike out the signee to Auburn twice .Alot of good softball too bad the teams from NC can't play but 4 games a week.That needs to be changed.

    Lexington results

    Mauldin lost to Hillcrest 10-3 in finals. Their main pitcher didnt pitch the finals,had nothing left. They beat Indian Land 5-4 by scoring 2 runs in bottom of seventh to reach the finals and HC beat Silver Bluff.
