    It's not likely that they got this game in tonite. When I left Waddell HS about 8:15pm the game had not been called, but there was a lot of bad weather in the area and more on the way.

    Forbush won the 2A mountain valley conf. tournament. Beat Ashe 4-1

    Kayla Richardson conference player of the year
    Lauren Harris was tournament MVP

    All Conference....a few I remember was
    West Wilkes
    Casey Sheeler
    Brittany Parsons

    North Wilkes
    Amy Vogel
    Natasha Brown
    Nicole Lopez
    Ashley Harding

    Wilkes Central
    Erica Call

    Sorry forgetful person here

    North Surry and North Wilkes played today for final spot for state...North Wilkes beat North Surry when Ashley Harding hit a 2 run homerun over centerfield fence in 8th inning.

    Myers Park and Butler play tonight 5/13/05 at 5:30 at Waddell H.S.
    Three trips to play one game and they are talking more rain and lighting for tonight. Hope we get it in.

    N. Stanly moves on as the #2 seed in the state playoffs.

    W. Stanly and Forest Hills in a play-in game today for the #1 seed from the conference.
