Freedom, East Burke and AC Reynolds have the best chances of winning the NW4A conference.

I predict Hickory will win the CVAC but will definitely have to play well to beat the likes of Bandys, Maiden and, yes, Hibriten. I also think that Fred T. Foard will have its best season in years and that Newton-Conover and St. Stephens will be much improved. Not sure about Bunker Hill and West Caldwell.

I agree that Reynolds, Freedom and East Burke will be the favorites in the NW4A.

What we DO know is that Hickory rocks! :victoryg:

They have a good chance to beat West Lincoln, West Caldwell, St. Stephens, Bunker Hill, and Newton-Conover and perhaps make the playoffs!

AC DEFINATELY HAS A CHANCE, BUT A SLIM ONE. IT IS HARD TO BEAT FREEDOM AND EAST BURKE. I DOUBT AC REYNOLDS WILL BE BAD AGAIN THIS YEAR. WILL BE A TOUGH LEAGUE. AC WILL GO TO THE PLAYOFFS THOUGH. THIS MIGHT BE THE LAST YEAR FOR AWHILE. FOARD WILL WIN MORE THAN TWO I BELIEVE. :bird6: :bird4: :bird5: :whippin :usa: :d:

    hmm i miss it

gahh i miss sittin here looking at this with a personal interest.. but im graduating this year and im not gonna be putting on the blue and gold this coming fall bit my top 4 would be definitely the 2 AC's and EB and Freedom.. i know ac has the qb and rb back... bout 3 or 4 receivers. leading tackler last year in the conf at MLB.. 3 or 4 DL and Db's.... they wont slouch off much and very possibly could have another showdown midseason like our game at east burke last year.. i cant wait to come back and see what unravels.. good luck to all this coming year

I think that Freedom and AC Reynolds will battle for the top spot. I jsut believe that these two teams are both well coached and play the type of non-conference schedule that prepares a team for a tough conference run.
