Louisburg in Regionals

Yeah, I can definitely agree with that. The strength of Region X is amazing. 3 teams in the top 16 in the final NJCAA poll. Amazing. I definitely see all 3 staying strong as well. BTW, next year's Region X champions get to go to Briarcliffe near New York City I heard. Would be a fun trip!

 

Hey Wolfpac - do you know anything about the status of Kunta Hicks? I heard earlier in the season he had a torn ACL - I'm not sure when that happened but I noticed his name missing from a Louisburg roster I saw online.

Do you know if he's still enrolled and with the team? I would hate it for him if an injury ended his career - that kid had a ton of talent.

 

wossa, it was a torn ACL before the season ever started. He supposedly will be back next year from what I have heard. He was 2nd team JUCO All-American the year before so it was a huge loss for Louisburg!
