First of all I cant wait until this Friday when this thing gets started, but I would love to know what to expect from these teams:

    Scotland
    Lexington
    Pitt County
    Morehead City
    Eastern Randolph

If anyone has any information of these teams I would appreciate. I already know about Caldwell, Cherryville, and Shelby. Also, who do you think is going to win it.

    Caldwell...

Post 29 will be strong, and Shelby and Pitt County will also contend.

    the Pitt Co. team

If my memory serves me correctly, at least a portion of the 2005 Pitt Co. AL team are the same players that played in the LL World Series several yr's ago at Williamsport , Pa., with all the ESPN TV exposure. Please anyone with first-hand knowledge of this, feel free to confirm or deny this.

If I figured right , Pitt played only 17 regular season games. Isn't that a relatively low # by ALB standards?
