    games...

have been listening to wcsl this am.
music streams thru fine but when the announcer gives updates on rain delay...it is not clear..
Earlier when they switched to announcers at the ballfield, the announcements about delay of game was hardly audible.
Are these some technical difficulties that can be cleared up by gametime?
Anyone out that way check with station and see if they are aware of this?
    Thanks

    Rain Delay Continued

Looking at 1:30 pm for start time, but it doesn't look good.

    To BB9er
Radio station is aware of the problem and working to fix it.
    Give wlon 1050 a try.

    Thanks, TROCK

I tried WLON first...but broadcast is broken because of the constant buffering.
So then tried WCSL which comes thru great except when they switch to announcers.
And I really enjoy listening to the music on WCSL while waiting!
Glad to know of that station.

    CALDWELL PRONE TO CHOKING

The Choke Factor still there for Caldwell. Heard Cherryville should have swept them. 2 errors with 2 outs in game 1 lead to 4 runs for Caldwell after being down 5-0. Then the 3 run homer ended the scoring. So take out the 2 one hoppers that were booted.....................:imagestor ... Cherryville won game 2 and without some questionable pitching choices probably C'ville takes game 3...........:imagestor .....Series over 3 zip. But that wasn't the way it ended. Not saying Cherryville is better than Caldwell because they really flexed their muscles in game 4. JUST SAYING COULD HAVE EASILY SWEPT THEM IN SEMI.......Shelby game them a couple of games too in finals. So CHOKING IS A GOOD POSSIBILITY FOR THIS TALLENTED TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :ylsuper: :ylsuper: :ylsuper:

I heard if Caldwell's Bus would have broke down than Cherryville would have won the fourth game. Also I heard if "If's and buts was candy and nuts than we would all have a merry christmas."

I would say just the opposite. You don't win the number of games that Caldwell did this year and be a team that is prone to choking. Several times this year they were down late and came back to win. I was at all the games with Shelby and Cherryville and to put it frank Caldwell pretty much dominated both series. Caldwell also made some errors and gave up home runs but that is part of the game. I will agree on tihs though "IF" every batter Caldwell faced hit a homerun and "IF"the opposing pitcher struck out every Caldwell batter they would have lost every game. (Stupid)!
