18U, 16U and 12U Players Needed!!!

On Deck is looking for several 18U players to begin immediately! We have had several girls leave for their college seasons and need some to step in to take their place. Pitchers, Catchers and Utility players are needed.
Also, we are starting up 12U and 16U teams in January and are looking to fill the rosters by the end of November.

This is a great organization!!!! My daughter loves it down there!! She loves the coaches and players. Great coaches!!! Great instruction!!! ALL of the coaches/instructors are former college players. Positive atmosphere!! Hope to see some of you down there!!

where are is this team located at?

 

There are out of Charlotte. The On-Deck Baseball/Softball Academy is in Pineville.

 

i know a catcher,pitcher, and middle infeilder that might be intrested but they would like to know where the practices would be held?

 

The 18U practice both at On-Deck and a local Charlotte high school. This fall that has been Garinger H.S. Have them call On-Deck and talk with either Jessicia or Janine Hill. On-Deck # is 704-889-2287. I know the 18U need several players now

 

If softball players are serious about going to college they should take a look at the program that On-Deck has and is building. Everything they do is greared toward getting these kids signed. They are coached and instructed by former college softball players. ALL coaches and instructors at this facility played at the college level. The head coach for the 18U team played (pitcher/INF) D1. This a year round program, not just a couple months out of the summer. Their practices are ran like you would find at a college program. If a player is serious about college then call and talk to them. The 18U is in need of several players immediately. This a great place for development. Positive atmosphere, Positive training and development. My daughter has learned so much in such a very short time and loves the hard work and dedication that is expected from this program. She loves the coaches and everything about On-Deck. I have seen a HUGE improvement in her all around. Call and talk to Coach Hill and Coach Mills.

Thank you very much for your kind words, but I have to admit you are absolutely correct. On Deck's main goal is to get our players into the college of their choice.

We are in need of 18U players to finish out the fall season. Also we are looking to add a 12U and 16U team by the end of November and start practices in January. We may add another 14U team because I have had tons of interest in that age level.
