Has anyone had the chance to see Ryan Semeniuk play this year. For a big man (6'6" or so) he is really quick. Keep in mind that this kid is only a junior. I saw him play Charlotte Cathlotic (not a good team, there best player was not playing, Luke Ryba) but Semeniuk just took over. Had more steals than the guards. Can play defense and has a good shot from 12-15 feet. Also a leaper. Played only 3 quarters (game was a blow out) and scored 15 points I believe. If this kid continues to improve and gets some help around him, Man O Man what a future.

I posted this last year and I guess that no one has seen this kid play. He is now a senior and after four games is averaging over twenty points a game. The Panthers are 4-0 as well.

I don't know why Ryan doesn't get more respect for his basketball skills. He is arguably the best athlete in Charlotte HS. I love watching him play basketball or baseball.

From what I have been told, he has already been contacted from more than a handful of Colleges about playing baseball.

I've seen both him and Shane Small play, both outstanding at either sport could go to college for either...

Shane has been contacted by a bunch of colleges as well for baseball. Everyone wants a tall (6' 6") lefty with good stuff. Don't know where each is going at present, but should be successful where ever they go.
