    Outscore Deleware State 50-3 in the weekend opening series. A-Rod threw out the first pitch on Friday's game at Doak Field. Eryk McConnell pitched 6 perfect innings on Saturday before being taken out due to pitch count.

    Heck of an opening weekend, I don't care who you play.

    Now, let's see what those Tar Heels can do. ;)

    Sorry, it was 50-5 this weekend, not 50-3.

    Scores were
    21-3
    17-0
    12-2

    Drew Martin played in 2 games:
    1-2, 2runs, 1-1 Stolen Base

    Synan playedx in 2 games:
    1-3, 1r, 2walks, 1k

    Those arm's in Chapel Hill ain't ready for the Wolfpack offense. :)

    State and Carolina better be careful with the smack talk until they can prove they can get by Clemson.

    Last I checked, they could be the #1 team in the nation now, without even playing a game.

    ...... something about Texas being swept

    Drew Martin stole a base???? I agree Braves, that is a little to funny to think about. I played with Drew with the On Deck O's and I don't remember Drew blazing the base pads to well. But I am glad to hear he is doing good and hopefully he will continue to get more and more playing time as the season goes on.
