Courage is FEAR, that said it's PRAYERS.
    AC Reynolds 75
    South Caldwell 60

South jumped out 9-2, but the Rockets rolled from there, leading by as many as 28.

According to local radio station, AC was led by Senior Alex Bryant and Freshman Ryan Hargrave who had 19 pts each. Junior Matt Hill had 14 pts in the game.

Reynolds seemed to come out a little flat at first but then got it going. They were missing a couple of players but it didn't really show.

McDowell was in front the entire game. Great win for MHS going into the conference tournament.

    Crest 78 South Point 51

And for the first time all year the Chargers are at full strength. (Hope that means good things will happen) Dion Malachai was back after his elbow injury. He only had two points but those 2 nearly blew the lid off of Ed Peeler Gym as tossed down very aggressive tomahawk dunk. Crest played a very different line-up vs South Point. Coach Ellis was allowing his SR's to play together most of the night as well as getting a look at the future as the JR's played together. Crest was led by SR Jared Madox. He had 19 points. JR Rayshawn Roseboro had 18 and SR CJ Wright added 16. Crest now moves to 9-3 in con play and 16-7 overall. They will now open up Big South Tourney play at home, vs most likely South Point, either Monday or Tuesday. A win moves them on to Ashbrook where the Semi's and finals will be played. Ashbrook gets a bye in the first round having won the con.

This game could have been a lot worse, but Coach Ellis showed once again the kind of class act he is.
