Bliss is a good coach, but he talked to the officials more last night than he did his own players. He worked them like a pro. It didnt really make any difference in the game, EB just out played AC in the 4th. At least Bliss did shake hands after this game, when AC beat them in Taylorsville he walked off the court without shaking anyones hand.

It looks like Malachi didn't show up to play like he did at Reynolds. He only scored 4, can anyone give a scouting report on the game? Was East Meck that much better?

Like the game vs East Burke, East Meck is all about the Houston kid. Crest missed so many open shots it was unreal. They were missing layups. You've got to make shots when you get this far. Crest cut it to 10 and got the ball back with a chance to get it under double digits for the first time in a long time, but they turned it over. Any hope of Crest comeback ended with PG Bruce Smith fouling out.

Good season for the Chargers. I don't know if they really ever got together like last year. Good luck to the teams that are moving on to the regionals.

Malachi only having 4 points spoke volumes. I thought he was the best player on the team the other night when they beat Reynolds. However, that was only one game, maybe East Meck played better defense and denied him the ball as well as boxing him out, or maybe he was one of the players you were talking about that couldn't hit anything. Congrats on a good season.

Dion has been known to disappear in games.
