    Erwin at N. Buncombe results

    Tough loss for Erwin today.:thud:

    N. Buncombe 1 in 8 innings

    WP Ashley Wilson
    LP Brooke Robinson

    Erwin had base runners throughout the game, but could not string together a consistent amount of hits to get them home. The bright side...defense was excellent. 2 hits in the bottom of the eighth for N.B. were the difference. Maybe we will see the day here soon when both sides of the ball are working together for our girls.

    Record: Overall 6-4, Conference 2-2

    I have 2 DD's number 18/21 and number 6. They both have a lot to learn, but I am proud of their growth so far. They love the game. See you Friday and again, thanks for keeping this up!

    Enka is correct-I think N Buncombe should be 1-3 in the conference with their win yesterday. Thanks for the updates!

    A rise ball-CD struck out once and popped up and then hit the homer.
    SS was 2 for 4.
    Miranda Tounzen was 5 for 5 with a triple and 2 doubles.
