    I agree-we played 4 games in 2 days, 3 going at least 9 innings.

    I don't care how good of a coach you are if you don't have the talent you won't be successful. In high school the winning teams are the teams that have most of their players playing successfully on good travelball teams. All the high school coaches have to be good at is bringing the girls together as a team and being able to "Game coach". On the other end of the situation a bad coach who cannot do this will take a ton of talent and lose. You have to be able to get the team to gell and also be able to coach during the game if not the team will suffer.

    what about comparing consistency of the success of HS coaches that do & do not also coach travel ball teams?
    I am not sure what percentage coach both.
