    I agee with MadisonDadofTayTot28

    I have looked at that pic close and can not see a rubber. Must have been buried by the Dollywood grounds crew! Two other pics show contact with the rubber, But the pitcher in the Red? I would say CROW HOP.

    Gregg is a great pitcher, is there a standing record in North Carolina for most K's in a high school career? I think it is going to be broken by this girl!

    pitcher in red is definitely crow-hopping, & gaining an advantage by doing it. illegal pitch.

    Gregg girl is going to be a good one for sure. Beat Crystal Cox's strike out record...hmmm...be a tough one to do...Thats another one of those CC girls...I am more concerned with the girl in the background on defense. As for whether the Gregg girl's toe is on the ground or not. If we can't tell by looking at a still photo I doubt if it will be called during a game in real time action. If Crystal's record has been broken maybe Blues knows the answer. Irvin from Hopewell did she surprass Crystal?

    Pic could have been taken during warm up's between innings. I find this is the best time to get pitchers....it won't distract them.

    Crow hop 2 from different view

    I had to look back through alot of pix. to find this one....This pix is not as sharp as the last since it is not cropped...The pix was taken at a USSSA 16U tourni last fall....

    Does anyone know the results of the NSA tournament in Statesville this weekend 14U.

    The 14U was as follows:

    1st -- Carolina Troublemakers
    2nd -- NC Bandits
    3rd -- Red Magic
    4th -- Magic (Allen)

    I am not sure of the other age divisions. They were at a different park.

    Great job Troublemakers! You played excellent ball! Special congratulations to Jessica Childers -- MVP. She pitched in every game and blew away the competition. I am proud to be associated with her!
