    Great ball game, both pitchers threw well. Score was tied going into the bottom of the seventh inning 2-2, Hopewell scratched out a run with two out to win the game. Good luck to both teams.:thud:

    Freedom (15-6)defeats AC(11-5) for the first time in school history.
    1-0, Freedom played great defense behind JR Kaylee Davis and AC stranded 13 runners.

    Ashton Ward - WP.....8 k's, 4 or 5 htis allowed
    Brittany Sheets - LP solid effort...

    Ashton helped her cause with a solo home run in the 6th. Man, what a shot!!!! No doubt from the crack of the bat...!!!

    Closer game than score indicates. Providence and Butler should result in a super match up in the conference tournament....can't wait to see it!!!
