    What an awesome demonstration of maturity and ability. I am so proud of everyone on this team. This was the best game I have seen in a long time. North has come along way this year, experienced some ups and downs but tonight's game showed everyone what North Davidson players are made of.
    Keep going strong because Raleigh here we come!!!!!

    1-0 ballgames are always better than slug fests . . . shows it's an entire team playing another entire team. Would have loved to have seen the game, but couldn't make the 1400 mile trip . . . currently in OKC. :drive:

    That statement is not always true..... If you have to doimant pitchers then there may not be a need for much defence.

    I see your point, I was refering to teams that were strong offensively and defensively . . . that both put the ball in play. A 1-0 game full of strikeouts, routine grounders and pop flys is not exciting as all . . . about like a game with lots of hitting to a team that is not strong defensively.

    Can we also congratulate Central Cabarrus on a magical run of 83 straight wins? I would think many folks viewing this site would also want to say "great job" to a team that was ranked number 1 in America.

    Well I guess if you can say the CC coach not shaking the ND players and coaches hands after the game and the also giving an elbow to the ND scorekeeper is class......OK then.

    The CC players and parents have class and a lot of it.
