Simply the best

Jamie Mecimore,Jessica Heffner,and Kylie Cockral by far the 3 best pitchers to come out of Alexander Central.Not only did they have great stats but more importantly they were quality people and great leaders.

 

scfan,sorry for the misunderstanding! kelly did have a great year and i didnt mean anything else. i hate you took it the wrong way. all that emily and kelly went through this yr, man they both should get a huge pat on the back!!!!! the are both winners!!!! hope you can whip your gals intop shape, anything can happen with a little faith!

 

That's alright jvcoach. I know you meant nothing bad I just wanted to clear up for others. I agree both deserve a big pat on the back and I wish them both the best in all that follows for them. I really enjoyed watching them battle this year

 

I'll go ahead and tell you this is my first post. I wasn't going to get into this mess because I think it's childish. But after the things I've heard people say on here, I can't help but open my mouth. For one, I'll go ahead and reply to the person that commented the quote "especially 3rd base." I am a player at south caldwell and I think Casey Miller does a very good job at 3rd base. Anyways, who else would you think of to put there other than her? And as for the other comment "firing Benfield would be the worse thing for coach brookshire to do".... well she's already done that. I'm not going to say coach brookshire is a bad coach, I'm only going to say she's trying to change everything to how she wants it waaaaay too fast. You just can't accomplish everything in one season and then have a good season. But firing Benfield was a bad choice. He teaches us girls a lot.. not to mention coach brookshire. Now who is she going to ask her questions to? Surely not McKercher. As I recall I think he asked BENFIELD, not brookshire, for help when he coached 3rd base. But that's all I'm going to say. I'm done. You can agree or disagree, I don't care. I'm not asking you to choose. Just wanted to tell you what it's like from a players view.

 

ilovesoftball; I can't believe she fired Rick. I have known him for years and can tell you this with her lack of knowledge and not having him there SC will be hurting. Rick was solely responsible for the success SC had and I know was loved by all the girls who played for him. There have been several girls from AC who have played for his travel ball team over the last 8 or 9 years and all of them thought the world of him. I haven't got to talk to him lately but I'm sure he is not very happy with this as he put his heart and soul into his girls. He will be sorley missed. I guess all I have head about Brookshire is true!!

Oh yea reason I logged on was wondering when All-conference is coming out.
I have heard we (AC) only got 2 on the team and finished 2nd. That can't be right
