It amazing that in this day and age of criticism regarding the youth in our society that I have the honor to coach such fine young men like Robbie, Jerrod and Cody. I will always have fond memories, much like Coach Tuck of these guys.

Watching you develop as baseball players, and most importantly, young men has indeed been an honor and privilege. You have all matured greatly and I hope that I have not hindered your development as men in any way. You have also taught me a lot about myself and how to lighten up at times (But only at times :) . You guys are CHAMPIONS!! You are champions as men which is more important than anything.

Like Coach Tuck stated, I am always here for you.

You guys will always be a part of me, you have helped me become a better person and although I hope you already know it, I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

If you go through life and try to always do the right thing, and man up when you make mistakes, you will prosper in the spirit.

The private schools are often overlooked so it is time to tip our hat to the four Seniors at Charlotte Country Day. They are: Craig Aulebach, Cory Hicks, Kyle Livingston, and Drew Witman. These young men played their final 3 seasons at CCDS under 3 different head coaches. They finished second in the NCISAA 3A State Championships their Junior and Senior years to Charlotte Christian so they will graduate with some good memories. Cory and Drew will have fond memories of homering off Jared Bard in their final High School game, Drew in his last at bat. They leave the program in the good hands of Head Coach Mike Hennessey. Thanks for the memories and good luck in the future.

I always think it's pretty special when a High School coach comes on the board to speak highly of their players. This is what makes TBR Rock!!!!

    Robby Bray
    Evan Taylor
    Billy Enright

The few seniors that are being lost from this Independence team have contributed to the jump start in this program. You've gotta start with Robby Bray, a phenomenal talent on the mound and at the plate. Bray helped his team this year with a hot bat pounding out more homeruns in one season then his brother, Aaron, did in his entire high school career. Robby is a special kid with a gift not many have and his future is as bright as they come. Look for him to do something amazing and I wish him all the best at Spartanburg-Methodist. Evan Taylor, a Lenoir-Rhyne signee, is as productive and hard-working as they come. His versatility was an asset to the Indy program during his years there and believe me he gives everything he has to help that team. Billy Enright, finally got a chance to show off what he can do this year and boy was it a coming out party. Billy can definitely swing the bat and get to any ball hit his way at shortstop. I wish these boys the best in the future and each one will impact their collegiate team in their own ways.
