I believe the Kings Mtn. Team broke several records this year. They only gave up 2 runs this year. I think the previous record was 7 by Central Cabarass. The other was 28 shutouts in a season, that also being held by Central. They also went 17 or 18 consectutive shutouts and still counting. I know that there are several more, but I don,t have the score book to figure them out. LOL! Great Job on a wonderful season and One that I will never forget. Girls, we are very proud of each and every one of you here in K.M. Keep it Rolling!!!:trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy: :trophy:

    KM Breaks 4 state records

Right cfastpitch44, KM broke 4 NC state records. The two you mentioned, Fewest runs allowed in a season (2) and most shutouts in a season (28). The other two records were most consecutive shutouts (19) and most consecutive innings without a run scored (135). They also tied another record! Most consecutive state championships (2).
