My son has a similar take on these two, Braves. Great kids to be around. I wish them all the success in the world at App.State next season.

Thanks Boxman but the all-conference selection tickled me enough. :band::band:

Just a suggestion but wouldn't it be easier to just ask for all-conference lists and choose from there and then get stats of these players? Coaches vote on these selections because they actually see these opposing players all season long and they know who has actually performed consistently all season long....the best players. That way kids that play for underdog teams get a chance because if they are truly good they will make all-conference in their league because coaches will have played against the best in their conference, even if it is just one player on a overall "bad" team. We all know it is impossible to see all teams play but coaches would become your guide for you including the underrepresented east teams that don't post much here; therefore, the need for nominations would be eliminated because you can't verify the validity of those. Coaches would basically do the nominating by their all-conference selections. Sounds like this would be much more valid. Just a thought. It certainly would take a lot of the work out of it for Boxman.

Yes that would be MUCH easier but it is hard to get in touch with about 400 baseball coaches to get their all conference selections. I have sent out email and made calls before to no avail. It is a tough job to tackle by myself so I try to do the best I can.
I do appreciate your suggestion and I have tried it before. I thank you for your comments.

    Nice response Boxman

I believe the majority of folks here appreciate what you are trying to do. Even the one's that may have been a bit negative; I really believe they appreciate all the hard work you put into something like this

I really wouldn't know where to begin, but I believe you are taking the best approach.
