    Challengers win Ohio Tournament

    The Cabarrus County Challengers have won the Valley Extreme Fastpitch Tournament in Cortland Ohio!!!!!
    By virtue of this tournament win the Challengers have qualified for the ASA Nationals in Owensboro,Ky. on July 31st-August 6.

    Championship Game Score: 9 INNINGS!!!

    CC Challengers vs Pink Piranaz - Mich.

    What a great tournament by the lady challengers. Great pitching and defense set the tone. The Piranaz are a well seasoned team with 6
    players currently on college rosters . Huge win for CCC and coach Cook !
    Way to go ladies. Look out Owensboro KY !!!!

    There were 20 teams. Mostly from Northern Ohio. The Pink Piranaz were from Detroit area, and at least one team was from Pennsylvania.

    These NC 18U's can play with anyone!

    Great job in Ohio CC Challengers. 6 games,6 victories,6 shutouts,and a berth in the ASA Nationals!!!:woohoo:
