Hey Yank..Why do you think the K-town coaches are bad? All they have done this year is win.

Caldwell County Post 29 defeats Shelby Post 82 by a score of 7-6 in an exciting game by 2 great teams and therefore wins the series 3 - 1. Shelby jumped out on top 4 - 0 before Caldwell battled back to tie the score. I think it was the bottom of the 7th inning with 2 on when Madison Bumgarner crushed a ball to deep left field to give Caldwell a 7-4 score. Madison got on base all 4 times he came to bat with 2 singles, a walk, and HR. Great job by Jimmy Messer coming on in relief in the 8th and 9th innings.

It is a shame that either team had to lose because both teams don't have many weaknesses. It just so happened that Shelby got a bad draw since Caldwell lost the first 8 games or so to start the season because of South Caldwell's run to the 4A state championship series.

There "WILL" be a Game 5

Kannapolis went into Newman Park tonight trailing in this series 2-1 but definitely brought their bats with them. Kyle Seager hit his 8th homerun of the season in the first inning and Jerod Faggart followed with his 13th homerun to get Ktown off to a 5-0 start which they never looked back. Brian Little simply gave the Kannapolis team what they needed by pitching great and lasted into the 9th inning allowing only 3 runs. Final score tonight: Kannapolis-13 over Rowan County-7.

Series now tied 2-2 and I'm sure both teams will throw their entire pitching staffs for tomorrow's pivotal game. Probable starters are Blake Ketner and Cy Young.

    Game 5 tomorrow: Rowan County(24-9) at Kannapolis(24-7)

Get there early,,,,,, the crowds have been absolutely tremendous,,, and lawn chairs are recommended...:bananalam

You have to be there. This team has more talent than any Kannapolis team since the 1961 state championship team. They are loaded.

I pull hard for this bunch, but it is sometimes painful to watch.

Game 5 at Kannapolis tomorrow night should be interesting. If you get the chance be there.

Brian Little pitched his tail off tonight for Kannapolis, and the bats finally woke up in this series.Good luck tomorrow night Wojans!!!!!!!!

Everyone has an opinion,,,,,,,, until a Kannapolis team wins more than 32 ballgames,,, you have to consider the 2004 team as one of the best in Kannapolis.
