I hear alot of complaining and it's understandable. But maybe getting a coach from way out in left field is what South Meck needs. 1st round playoff loss in 2006 and 2nd round loss in '04. Not sure about 2005, but surely the players get some credit for the quality of the team. One would assume a new coach could surely improve.

You're right. In my opinion, the field is already deteriorating

Perhaps a coach from left field would have helped. There were a lot of good ones applying. But they didn't have to go outside the stadium to find one.

In Charlotte, there is a reason why Tommy Knox gets so many talented players at Independence year in, year out. Players go where the program and coach is a standard of excellence.

If I had a child going to that school, I would certainly be there. Maybe all your parents will see this. Hopefully most of your parents will be there. How did you find out about this meeting? SM has had nothing on their website for a while.

Not a good example. Independence went undefeated a year without Knotts. Sometimes it might be best to have a new coach trying to take a program to the next level. The new guy is untainted, at least until the end of that meeting tomorrow night, when all the mommas and daddies are waiting out in the hall to try and get a one on one with him.

I find it hard to beleive that you do not have a child at South with all of the post reguarding SM baseball and all that you seem to know about our players, especially the 2007 grads! A parent clued me in on the meeting and the returning parents have been notified. Thanks for your concern!
