    whats everybodys thoughts on the puma all american team in vera beach florida (dogertown).

    If you have already payed to be "chosen", then I think it's a great opportunity.

    Otherwise, I think there are plenty of opportunities to showcase your talents closer to home and maybe get more bang for your buck. Good luck.:twocents:

    Exactly...I recommended centerfielder to keep his $40 bucks for the tryout and use it to take his Mama out to dinner...he will get a better return for his efforts

    It's a beautiful place....but the PUMA baseball organization is not one that I recommend

    Event History

    The Puma All-American weekend has been previously held at Dodgertown in Vero Beach, Florida and was called the Baseball Factory All-American since 1999. Current Major League rising stars David Wright (Mets), B.J. Upton (Devil Rays) and Gavin Floyd (Phillies), are among the many talented players who attended this event while in high school.

    It looks like it has been moved this year to Tempe, AZ.
