    Jackie Robinson said "A life is not important except in the impact it makes on other lives." I've always liked that one, even though it doesn't necessarily pertain to baseball.

    I still laugh whenever I hear the line from League of their Own when Tom Hanks says:

    "There's no crying in baseball!!"

    I think of it often when Coaches start arguing or complaining during a game!
