Community House Middle over Randolph Middle.....

CHMS continues to have a very good first season with just a 7th grade class....They have a good shot at 2nd place in the conference....look out next year when they have a 7th and 8th grade class to contend with.

Great job ladies, keep playing hard.

Robinson is on fire this year and could go all the way with out a loss.
Crestdales record of six consecutive undefeted years ended with a loss to Community House four games into this season and if memory serves Robinson and Crestdale were rained out the first round and tied (which was ended by darkness with Robinson comming on strong) against Crestdale last year giving Robinson their first undefeated season and Crestdale their sixth and final consecutive undefeated season.

I believe all of the starters except for 2 will go to Ardrey Kell so that paints a pretty picture for the future at AKHS. Hopefully there will be some top notch pitchers that grow out the Robinson/Community House grouping because the older you get its about the pitching,

 

I'd bet we all already knew about Crestdale's record which has been outstanding over the last 7 years. Thanks for allowing me to share Robinson's and we look forward to that next to the last game of the season at your place. It should be a good one!

 

I think it will be a good one. But we need to solve your pitcher to have a fighting chance.
But before we meet you we need to worry about Quail Hollow and Community House. I see either Robinson or CH being the team(s) to beat in the next few years.
The down side is that with the clocks being turned back and a 4:45 start time we may get at best one hour ofplaying time. we got a late start 5:20 against South Monday and play was suspended at 6:38. due to darkness. take away daylight savings and you get the picture.
I have been trying to get CMS to address that problem for years but it falls on deaf ears. If only they understood that it is also a saftey issue. Maybe they would wake up and address the problem.

Congrats to Coach Butler and the fine young ladies at R.S. Middle. They worked hard, and deserved this championship. There's some promising players moving up from this team. Keep working hard, and keep that great attitude!
