    I would have to agree. Doug is a fun but also really talented player. His talent as well as personality makes him a great addition to any ball club at the next level. Doug has a CANNON for an arm, and like stated above has no ego and loves to get dirty. As far as personality, at State Games this past summer Doug and his mother washed all the uniforms for every player on his team...every night.

    Now thats an under-the-radar fact for you.
