I see no need to apologize, you have your opinions and that is fine. I was just making my observations in relation to yours. ACR knows that the cougars have improved since we played them last. My point is that people don't seem to recognize that there are many areas that ACR has improved in as well since then. Outside of the improvments, just the simple fact we are finally healthy and don't have a 2 hour bus ride will help tremendously.

I think it will be a game decided by turnovers and penalties. Alexander Central had 3 to 4 turnovers in the last game and 1 was a bad snap into the endzone which A.C. Reynolds recovered for a touchdown. If Alexander Central wouldn't have had all those turnovers the game would have been a whole lot different. I didn't even mention that Alexander Central had near 100 yards of penalties. I still have to give A.C. Reynolds credit because they were to take advantage of Alexander's mistakes which shows a lot of discipline. It will be interesting to see how this game comes out. I wish both teams good luck.

Well, the truth is Alexander had 6 penalties for 32 yards while ACR had 4 for 45 yards, and Alexander had 3 turnovers which ACR scored 14 points off of while ACR had 0 turnovers. That is what happened in the first meeting. Linked below is the stats to the game.

A lot has been said about this game. For AC Reynolds, they are expected to win. They have the tradition, the playoff experience, and one of the best teams I have seen in a while. For Alexander Central, this is a chance to take their program to another level. Over the last several years, the Cougars have become a much improved football program. If they can win this one, it would be huge. It will be close, and maybe a late turnover decides it. Look for the Cougars to play well and if they get a break or two, bring home the biggest win in Alexander Central Football History. If AC Reynolds wins, the fans from Tville will be pulling for them to win it all. If you are a football fan, this one is a can't miss.

ACR wins 28 - 18 and is clearly the class of the NW4A.

    ....

I expected to see more discussion about this game.....after AC took a 10-0 lead and playing perfect football for 21+ minutes....the interception and subsequent score seemed to fuel Reynolds into halftime and then in the 2nd half.

Great game by both teams. although I thought the Cougars would pull the upset.
