    That was a fairly lackluster effort tonight by the Lady Titans. I heard a couple of the girls were sick, and West Charlotte has great athletes. I just don't think that was the best effort for whatever reason. Maybe it was the presence of Sylvia Hatchell, or just the playing a game in a big arena. There was kind of a "deer in headlights" type feeling. They will probably be back, but so will West Charlotte, and Freedom, and on and on.......

    It was a fantastic season, though. That was just painful to watch.

    I know Harding cannot compete with West Charlotte, I don't know about the other team. I would venture to say West Charlotte will be your state champs??? Bye Bye basketball, Hello softball!!!!

    I agree with you ladiesbballfan.Mcdowell came out flat tonight and got in a hole they couldn't get out of but I have to give credit to West Charlotte. They played great defense and shot the lights out all night. They were well coached also,not the streetball type that usually comes up from Charlotte that the lady Titans have feasted on in years past. Both teams have some good players returning next year so maybe they'll see each other again.
