Guru, I think it was Chelsea #14. Ray told me her name. I just can't remember if it was Chelsea, Kelsea or someone else? Sorry!

Kelsey Spurrier was pitcher for Butler. It was posted in the Box Score in today's Charlotte Observer. I believe she is a sophomore.

    NL no names

NL Player # 8 hit a dinger and player # 2 was the pitcher

Bandy's hit 3 dingers in the game.

NL played a well rounded game . The TEAM was very happy with the win.
They are the no name players this year. They lost one player ( #4 )from last years #7 ranked 2A team .
And return a pair of 2 time ALL State players but fell from the ranking/polls
this year. They will campaign this year under the TEAM theme.
    Thank You for the inquiries

Well if #8 hit a dinger, that's Little Turbo, and that's #2 on the year. Are you being serious or not? If so, you better tell the Juice to step up to the plate!!!!

    Piedmont/Hickory Grove

    3-2 Piedmont at Piedmont.

HG looked very good. They have quite a bit of talent.

Chelsea Macaluso is the real deal. She can kill the ball.

Back to the game....Britt Barrineau hit a solo shot in the bottom of the 6th and held on. Daniel Chaney threw out the tying run from Center at third for the final out.

    Piedmont 1-1, HG 0-1.
