    Providence- 5
    Alexander Central- 2

    WP: Clifford (2 IP)
    S: Michael Dunn (1)

Alexander Central jumped out to a 1-0 lead but Providence responded with a run of their own in the bottom half. The game remained tied until the 5th when Alexander took a 2-1 lead, but Providence had a 4 run bottom of the inning, and maintained the lead the rest of the game. The win takes Providence to a 2-1 record for the year. Next game against Olympic on Tuesday at 4:30 at home

    Richmond 7
    Providence 5

Providence led the whole game until the top of the 7th when Richmond scored 4. Providence used several diffrent pitchers while Richmond used 2. Very good game and the Providence coaches did a great job of getting the field ready to play after the 3" of rain on Thursday night.

Bartlett Yancey's JV team has started the season 3-0. The JV Bucs have defeated Reidsville 9-3, Eastern Alamance 11-1, and Graham 12-7(I think). Good Pitching from Quenton Scales, Staton Angle, and Taylor Paschall.
