That was an interesting score vs Olympic. Independence has a very strong squad again this year, but this game says more about the improvement of Olympic.

    Good job Trojans!

    Butler / Anson County

    Butler 3 - Anson County 4

Arrived late to this game so don't have any stats. Bulter did have opportunities to tie the game in the top of the 6th and 7th, but could not get the two out hit.

    A.C. Reynolds scores

Mudcat, what happened to your post? I know what you were saying is true. The only reason I don't personally post all our results is because it takes me forever to type up anything. That's what happens when your girlfriend types all your highschool and college essays. But my Rocket pride has been challenged, so I'm going to take the time to do this from now on. We definitely haven't been playing up to our ranking early, but still have time to straighten things out. Shaky defense from time to time has hurt, and not enough clutch hitting. Our last game at East Henderson showed some promising signs.

    brief recap:
    ACR-4 Tuscola-1 WP-Towery Save-Runion
    ACR-3 Asheville-2 WP-Haley
    ACR-5 TC Roberson-8 LP-Runion
    ACR-2 TC Roberson-14 LP Terbeek
    ACR-11 East Henderson-2 WP Haley

I'm with you, RocketRide - Mudcat beat me to the punch with the TC game - he posted the results before I could ever make it back to the house to put something up - LOL

Rocket bats are beginning to come around and defense is picking up. Tonight's conf game at E Burke will be a good indicator....

    GO ROCKETS!!!
