we will have to see this year when his talent has droped off to see how impressive he is. i can put an all start team together right now and know nothing about baseball.....i bet they would win a few games.

but yes....i give him SOME credit. i just saw enough to prove to me my statements about whta they would have done w/out white.

 

Ramp, one might could say the same for RV. In other words do you think RV would have been just as successful with the kids that have come through Conley ? Ain't no coach in the world that can be but so successful without some good talent relative to who he plays.

I don't even know Coach RV; I was just looking at it strictly from stats and longevity. winning 80% of games for 36 yr's and 5 state titles takes talent yes, but also good coaching along the way.

 

I would be the last person to say that RV can't coach. He obviously can.

west carteret beat rose 3-2 last night. wcu signee brandon johnson threw a complete game and picked up a couple of hits. i guess now we include west carteret in the tops of the east discussion as well.
