    Is CC considered THE team to beat in NC this year? Please give honest opinions and critisms. If not, who is? The softball fans on this site are obviously very knowledgeable. Looking forward to your replies. An old CC grad in Orlando.

    I would have to say the top three 4a teams would be Butler, CC, and North Davidson

    Butler has a VERY good team and I think they are the team to beat this year !!

    I think Butler will be the team to beat, this year!
    But I hope everyone puts up one heck-of-a fight to change my opinion!
    I LOVE GOOD SOFTBALL GAMES!

    Butler is the State Champion from 2006 until the Championship of 2007. That should make them the team to beat. It is just a shame that all 3 of these teams can't go to Raleigh. Since ND had their shot last yr, & you know I'm not biased, I would like to see CC get their shot this yr.

    i'd have to wait till i watch Mike's ND team play and watch Butler in better conditions before offering a good bet to win the 4A.

    but CC , as are with any of Coach Sherrill's teams, are schooled to hit, very efficient defensively and have top notch pitching.

    ND, Mike's girls normally have the speed, are smart and stretch the defense........no to mention outstanding pitching as well!

    Butler, solid, outstanding pitching and dedicated players! hope to see them soon or at least before the KM game.

    definitely going to be another great 4A race to Raleigh with Many Innings played!

    Speaking for the central part of the state----Yes--- C.C. or Butler should be in Raleigh this year for 4A !!!!!

    I think that CC is the greatest team in NC, the whole country and probably the WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:clapclap: :clapclap: :gossip: :k: :biggrin:
