    In addition.....

they don t have to pay to play! Other parents ALWAYS pick up the slack and they go out if needed and raise money and sponsorships! These progrmas around the country elsewhere are laden with minority players TOO!!!! :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause:

I am a former player of the Charlotte Megastars. I played for Jeff for 7 years. His program is by far the best around. For any parents out there reading this that are looking for a program to place their child in, this is the one. My family is not wealthy by any means, and I was not able to pay for a couple of the years I played. Jeff found a spnser for me, and I was able to play. I say this because, a lot of the other teams I played against, the O's and Sox did not allow this option if you could not pay. I know this because I was rejected by them for not being able to pay. Needless to say, it felt great beating them when we played them. This program is a program of integrity, class, and prestige. You will not find a program more dedicated to a player's success as you will the Megastars. Jeff personally took me out to the school and worked with me whenever I was struggling in an area ofmy game. My senior year, I was all conferance SW4A, and 1st team All Meck 2005. A very good class pool of ball players in that graduating class. If it were not for injury to my shoulder I would have played baseball at the D-1 level, and still could have as a DH at a few schools. Trust your sons future with Jeff, he's ONE man you can trust when it comes to his word.

I currently play for the Megastars and Jeff McNeely. He has been the greatest coach I've ever had. He will give any of his players a chance to succeed no matter who they are. He plays no favorites and runs a high class orginization that I am proud to be a part of. Since joining the Megastars I have improved in every aspect as a player. Not just in my ability, but in being a teammate. Jeff will be a fair and encouraging coach for any player who wants to play for him. He will get you exposed to college coaches all over the country and play in some of the most prestigious tournaments in the nation. The Megastars is a top notch orginization and is a great option for any player looking for a team.

AAU and Showcase teams are expensive, and their Coaches in my experience can be very tolerant of kids with "REAL TALENT" who have a difficult time 'paying to play'. Some of these kids don't pay fees to play, they work it off at fundraisers, or get sponsers for the team, some don't do either and still pay nothing to play. I think it's a Coaches call, and it's great. Showcase is definately the best way to be seen by the Universities.
