The Metro 4-A Tournament is this week

    #1 East Forsyth-1st Round bye
#4 Page vs. #5 North Forsyth Tuesday
#3 Grimsley vs. #6 HP Central Tuesday
#2 Northwest Guilford vs. #7 Greensboro Smith Tuesday

East Forsyth won the coin flip on Saturday at the conference meetings. I believe all the games Tuesday are at the higher seed and starting Wed. all games will be at East Forsyth. This is a single-elimnation tournament. If East and Northwest meet in the finals, the winner of that game will be the #1seed in the State Playoffs.

What time will that game (if it does) take place and on what day?
    Thanks

If East and Northwest meet again it will be Thursday night at 7pm at East Forsyth.....should be a good one as long as both teams win of course

Ryan Dull 7-2 (6-0) will have the start for the Eagles Thursday night probably pitching against Jake Rierson who is also 6-0 in conference.....as long as both teams take care of business in the first 2 rounds this should be an exciting Metro 4-A final Thursday night in Kernersville

Very ugly game tonight as East made 7 errors but still hit themselves into the Metro 4-A championship game

East will play Grimsley tomorrow night at 7pm at East Forsyth weather permitting

    Grimsley 7
    NW Guilford 4

    WP: Clint Moore

Ryan Dull will be starting against Grimsley. Also, East Forsyth locks up the #1 seed from the Metro 4-A with Northwest losing tonight

Grimsley remains hot in the Metro 4-A tournament and defeats the Eagles

    Grimsley 4
    E.Forsyth 0

    WP:Daly
    LP: Ryan Dull (7-3) 7IP 8H 4R 2ER 0BB 11K's 1HBP

Eagles forgot to bring the sticks tonight and could not capitolize a key hit in big situations. Also in the 7th inning Eagles had a tough time fielding some bunts. Grimsley, with the win, moves up to the #2 seed from the Metro 4-A and will play the #2 seed from the MECA at Grimsley on friday night. East will play at home against the Wild Card #3 yet to be determined

    EF: 19-6
