    Weddington over AC Reynolds. Big upset. I wonder if Reynolds didn't go with their best in Runion and it cost them?

    Don't know for sure but would assume Weddington went with their ace, Spencer Terry, who has signed with Florida, and is pretty tough on the hill himself.

    TC Roberson losing to Hickory, a wild card team, is pretty surprising.

    Hickory beat them 4-2 tonight.

    my friends in asheville are plenty mad at the acr coach for not throwing one of their best 2 pitchers.they were po'ed about the tournament game on tuesday and say thatr tonight takes the cake

    Not sure I would call it an upset...

    Davie County 6
    East Forsyth 2

    Davie County has been one of the hottest teams in the state and is a very tough wild card team....very tough draw for the Eagles who finish 19-7
