The game will be at South Caldwell High School. I went by at 3:30 today to set my chairs out thinking I would be ahead of everyone else and find out that everyone had the same idea as me. The "Rock" as Braves likes to call it will be rocking tomorrow night. I expect the biggest crowd yet so try to get there early.

Braves, if I see you at the game I'll buy you a cheeseburger and a drink. Maybe this will give you some extra motivation to drive on up:laugh4:

Thanks jccunc1. One good thing for me is that I am an honorary member of the "Right Field Bleacher Bums"...so I always have a seat. Oh, wait a minute...did you mention food?...Hmmm....Cheeseburgers, PC sammiches, brownies....The Rock...dadgum, I've got to hurry up and leave this town.

Maybe if you ever watched any of South Caldwell's games you would find that the pitcher never gets in the huddle, nor does the lead off batter of the inning. The coaches feel that helps the pitcher keep his mind on the job that he has to do. The lead off batter of the inning is getting ready to hit without holding up the game. And as for the hustle onto the field, Madison goes nowhere around a baseball field without his catcher. As far as I know he has never went out onto the field and stood there waiting on Chuck, if anything he is helping the catcher get ready. Also before you judge him too deeply try to learn how to spell his name. No "d"

madison does his own thing and we dont care if he comes to the huddle with us because when we get in the dugout he comes to everyone and gives us high fives and tells us good job then he goes and sits down to rest his legs and his arm and when someone gets a hit he screams and hollars just like the rest of us so dont worry about what he does let him stay focused no matter how he does it.

LOL Welcome to Caldwell County Baseball....As far as Madison throwing at somebodys head...it did'nt happen, if he wanted to hit him, he would have been hit. The throw to the backstop might have been a message from Maddy ( don't charge my mound ). I've watched the kid throw since he was in the 8th grade and I've never seen him throw to hit someone..he's not made that way.....way to go SPARTANS

    Carolina Man

What? no "d"?...that is just weird. So instead of calling him Maddy, I'm supposed to call him "May"?...shoot, if I call Madison, May, he may throw a 100 mph fb at me.

Oh-oh...I can see the signs now at the game..."May Bumgarner throws the ball like a girl"...See what you started u-r-out!

    No...I think i'll leave the "d's" in :laugh4:

In case you weren't kidding, I think they were talking about the "d" someone put in Bumgarner, calling him Bumgardner. Hopefully you were being facetious, though, and I'm stating the obvious.
