    13 + 3 alternates?

how does this work / the format of 13 chosen plus 3 alternates? alternates only on team with a uniform if original 13 can't be there??

then are alternates named in priority order?

is there anyway to get a breakdown of what players play what position for these two teams? and I am talking about what positions they play on their hs team not what position they will play on the state team.

Here is the reason I asked the question. I see that there are 16 girls selected and 3 will be alternates and some people say the selection process was a little biased.

IMO, would it have not been better to have selected 2 girls for each position, let the girls choose the position in which they tried out for, and let them play 1/2 the game. That way a few more girls could have made the team. There is too much talent out there.

Another question I have is, is the all-star team only for seniors and if someone did not make the team were they eligible to make the regional team?

    Information

When is the information for the games and such coming out?

The girls who made it have had no contact of any sort.

I realize that the coaches have been busy!

    Just wondering.
