    Anyone know anything about summer ball? Anything on NYCBL? Thanks!

    summer team

    on a team in Elmira NY. Just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about this or any other. Or others playing.

    When you head up there this summer, make sure you go to Moretti's in Elmira for their Steaks and Pasta ... it's some of the best you will eat in upstate NY.

    Also, over in Elmira Heights, you'll find Pierce's, which has a great steak stuffed with Shrimp Scampi.

    If you want some fine dining, a great stop and great atmosphere, drive west out of Elmira to Olean to "The Library". Great place.

    I've done some work up in that region in the past and really enjoyed the finger lakes area. Lots to see, but be prepared to do some driving.

    As for summer ball, it's a great experience. Your player will really enjoy it.

    Itsinthegame's son played in the NYCBL last year and was a member of the All Stars. He had a great experience. If he doesn't respond to this, you might want to PM him.

    www.nacsb.org is a collection of summer collegiate teams. From there you can go to the individual leauge sites.
