Hey guys, is Concord playing their home games at Central Cabarrus for sure? Seems like I remember reading that on here awhile back :)

    Rowan County 5
    Kannapolis 0

    Lightning delay.
2 outs in the bottom of the 7th. K-Town has men at the corners.

Rowan breaks open a 1-0 game in the 5th courtesy of a botched double-play ball. Both starters were still in the game pitching well (Lee Dupree vs. Jacob Wright). K-town has got a runner to 3rd base for the 4th time but still has not broken through on the scoreboard.

Well, only 1 game was rained out in Clemmons, last night. The rest were road games, so my front yard is burning up just like yours

who is the kid that hits leadoff for kannapolis? I've seen him play against rowan twice this year and the kid can really play...Honeycutt is his name if I remember correctly...just curious about him and where he might be playing college ball at?

Brett Honeycutt is his name, good kid who comes from good people, and your right he can really hit the ball. Has played both outfield and infield for legion team.

    Kannapolis 5
    Lexington 4

WP - Robby Gurley (pitched into the 8th inning, 8 Ks)
LP - Daniel Sechrest (8 innings, pitched well, several Ks)
Save - Jacob "The Assassin" Wright (2 innings, 4 Ks)

Kannapolis gets good starting pitching for the 3rd staright game. Brett Honeycutt continues to absolutely spank the ball going 4-4. Aaron Lynch also provided some key hits for K-Town and was robbed of an RBI on a great diving catch by L-D right fielder Zach Joyce. Zach Briggs went 3-4 with 2 doubles and an RBI for Post 8.

    Lexington was without Levi Micheal.
