    Just so you know, I was not directing my response to anything that you said specifically, LTG, other than my comment that message boards usually don't handle these things very well.

    But, I have found your posts to be very good.

    I've noticed. Not a problem. After reading this site for a year but never posting a comment I have noticed that this site is almost solely about promoting kids. Probably not the place to debate these situations. Feelings can get hurt in several directions. Wasn't my intention. This one just struck a cord for various reasons.

    I understand. I've learned this; if you post something that can be mistakenly taken as a negative comment about a player in Alaska...someone from Alaska
    will respond.

    Seriously, it is about promoting the kids and providing information for playing at the next level. But another thing that TBR does well is posting scores and recaps of games across the state the same day. Tough to get that info from anywhere else. The other thing that is kind of nice is getting to know the schools and players across the state. I had no idea where Stem, NC is...I do now (it's north of Miami)

    Just read the two threads and want to say that your final response was eloquent and FAR more fair and open-minded than I could have possibly been in the situation you are in. My hat is off to you for taking the high road. Recruiting can be an ugly business. The more money the schools take in on baseball the worse it will get. Hopefully, Seth will have a banner career at ECU and beat State at least twice for good measure.
